The air is &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.net&#34;&gt;pristine&lt;/a&gt;, and one wrong move—a bit of dust, a trace of outgassing—ruins everything.&#xA;So we built the UHP (Ultra High Purity) quartz infrared lamp to do one thing and do it perfectly: deliver serious heat without adding a single particle or speck of residue to the air.&#xA;It’s all about getting intense heat into a tiny space. The core is a 300mm quartz tube, sized to slip right into tight thermal windows. You don’t have to redesign your whole machine just to make it fit.&#xA;We run it on 400V, not standard mains, because that higher voltage lets us pack a lot of power into a short length. We spec it at 2500W, because that&amp;rsquo;s what it takes to get things hot, fast, especially on a high-throughput line.&#xA;But that kind of power in a small package comes with a catch. You&amp;rsquo;ve got to have the cooling and thermal management ready to go.
